Idalia takes its name from Idalion, the ancient Cypriot city sacred to Aphrodite, worshipped there as Idalia Aphrodite, goddess of love and fertility. It is a celebration of Cyprus, its land, its people and its timeless tradition of olive cultivation. Our exrtra virgin olive oil is produced from carefully selected olives, harvested at the right moment to preserve their natural flavour, aroma and nutritional value.
